Ballwin is an eastern suburb of St. Louis, situated in St. Charles County, Missouri. The population was just over 30,000 at the last census as of 2020. The community was originally built during the late 1800s in St. Clair and later was purchased by a man from Kentucky. It was then called East St. Clair but was later renamed it.
