Coupon Terms

The short version

• Tell the technician before work starts. Show the code on your phone before the job begins. We cannot apply a discount after the work is finished or after payment.
• One coupon per customer, per job. Not one per game, not one per page.
• Coupons do not stack. A coupon cannot be combined with another coupon, promotion, or advertised discount. If you have more than one, pick the better one.
• Either a discount or a waived service call fee — never both. Each coupon is one or the other.
• Coupons do not apply to a price that is already discounted. If the technician has already brought the price down — a promotional rate, a repeat-customer rate, a bundled job, or any price below our standard rate card — the coupon does not come off on top of it. The technician makes that call on site, before work starts.
• One discount per customer, full stop. Whichever discount you receive, it is the only one on that job.
• No cash value. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a refund on a completed job.

The details

Coupons won on this site apply to labor performed by a Lucky Locksmith technician in our St. Louis metro service area. They do not apply to parts, hardware, or locks supplied at cost, and they do not apply to third-party charges such as towing or dealer key orders.

Percentage discounts (5% or 10%) are calculated on the labor portion of the on-site quoted price. Dollar-off coupons ($5, $10, $15 or $20) are deducted from the total after the on-site quote. A waived service call fee removes the trip charge only.

Every price is quoted on site, in person, before any work begins — we do not quote over the phone. Your coupon is applied to that quoted price, and you are free to decline the job at that point at no cost.

Coupons are valid for 30 days from the day you win one, are not transferable, and are void where prohibited. A coupon cannot be applied to a job that is already priced below our standard rate. If the technician tells you the price is already discounted, that is final for that job — the coupon is not additional. Coupons are also not valid on warranty or callback visits, or on commercial contract work with agreed pricing. Lucky Locksmith may change or end this promotion at any time; codes already won will still be honored for their 30 days.

How to use it

Write the code down or screenshot it — refreshing the page clears it. When the technician arrives, say you have a web coupon and show the code before they start. That is the whole process. There is nothing to print and nothing to sign up for.
