This policy explains what Lucky Locksmith collects when you use this website or call us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Plain English, no tricks.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you call, text, or fill in a form: your name, phone number, the address where you need service, and a description of the problem. That is what we need to send a technician to the right door.
- What your browser sends. Standard web log data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and time of visit.
- Cookies and similar tools. We use cookies for basic site function and for analytics and advertising measurement.
Why we collect it
To dispatch a technician to you, to contact you about your job, to take payment, to keep records for warranty and disputes, to improve the site, and to measure which ads and pages actually bring in calls.
Who we share it with
We share what is necessary with: the licensed locksmith technician assigned to your job; our dispatch, scheduling and payment providers; and analytics and advertising providers such as Google. We also use Cloudflare in front of this site for security and performance.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or address with unrelated marketers.
We may disclose information when required by law, when responding to a lawful request from law enforcement, or when necessary to protect our rights, our technicians, or the safety of others.
Identity checks
For any lockout, our technician will ask for identification and proof that you are entitled to access the property or vehicle. We record that this check was done. This protects you as much as it protects us.
Payment information
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept as long as needed for warranty, accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Web analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.
Your choices
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we are required to keep.
- You can turn off cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may not work as well.
- You can opt out of Google’s advertising cookies at adssettings.google.com.
- You can ask us to stop texting or calling you for marketing at any time. Job-related messages will continue while your job is open.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
